I’ve spent the greater part of today sitting in front of a blank TV nursing a headache from sleeping too much, listening to the Testosterone Kills cd Dan brought back from New York. A favorite critic-quote of mine from their website: “What simon and garfunkel might have been had they fucked each other and grown up on nirvana and techno” -new york magazine High points of the album for me are the first song, Where I Stand which is techno that I would make if I made music. They blend the introspectiveness of folk with a beat you can dance to. :) Come Out makes me want to come out of the closet again… well there’s always work. Hmmm.
